How we work with investors.
Thesis-driven opportunities
We don't market a generic fund. We develop specific theses in banking, medical AI and industry, then build or acquire platforms around them.
Deal-by-deal or platform co-investments
When an opportunity is large enough, we may invite a small number of investors to participate via SPVs, notes or equity co-investments, always with FSE as sponsor.
Alignment and skin in the game
We invest our own capital and time into every venture we bring to investors. If we wouldn't be comfortable owning it alone, we won't ask anyone else to.
Long-term relationships
We prefer to build multi-deal relationships with a small group of investors who understand our sectors and style: patient, research-led and operator-driven.
