Expertise
Situations we specialise in.
Strong demand but messy economics
Pricing is off, margin stack is unclear, projects are mis-selected. We rebuild the economics from first principles.
Turnarounds with real underlying strength
The physics of the business are good (asset, capability, niche), but capital structure and operations are misaligned.
Roll-ups and platform builds
Consolidating multiple operators into a single platform in construction, industrial or specialty verticals.
Deep IP, shallow structure
Medical / AI teams with serious tech but no coherent way to structure partnerships, capital and revenue.
Process
How we work with clients.
Diagnose from first principles
We start with the actual physics of your business: how cash flows, how risk accumulates, how work is done. We map your economics, capital structure, operations and risk as a single system.
Design structure and strategy
Based on that map, we decide what you really need: turnaround, recapitalisation, growth capital, M&A, or a partnership structure. Then we design the capital stack, deal structure and operating changes to support it.
Execute and represent you
We help you implement, working with your team, your lawyers and external lenders or counterparties. That can include negotiation, lender packs, investor conversations and operational changes.
Optional partnership / co-investment
In select cases, we may come in as partners or co-investors, aligning our economics with yours. We only do this when we would be comfortable owning the business ourselves.
This is not a consulting shop. We only take on a limited number of advisory relationships at a time, usually where we can see a path to material value creation through both structure and execution, not just a slide deck.
